Spry Cinnamon Toothpaste has a really nice flavor and it definitely wakes your mouth up. I love it.

Spry SparX Berry Candy is so good I carry it around in my purse! The flavor reminds me of Sweet Tarts, but without the sugar.

Spry Green Tea Gum is really refreshing and not too sweet. Alternative sweeteners can sometimes have an odd taste, but not this xylitol-sweetened gum. It just has a unique mellow flavor that I really enjoy.

Eco-Dent Dental Floss has a very subtle and unique mint flavor and just the right amount of wax so that you can get it in your teeth easily. It’s a very nice product.

Beauty Without Cruelty’s Fragrance Free Premium Botanical Lotion is a true find. I have eczema on the lower portions of my legs that gets worse in winter when it’s dry and the heats on. I’m limited on what I can use. This Premium Botanical Lotion is very moisturizing and neutral—it doesn’t cause any problems at all on my skin, which is rare to find. It’s nice and thick.

I like Miracle Reds Berri Berri Bar and Macro Greens Apple Lemon Ginger Bar—they taste similar to a fruit rollup (which I love) with nuts. My favorite is the Macro Greens Chocolate & Cinnamon Bar. It’s like a bittersweet chocolate and nuts—the cinnamon gives it a nice twist. I carry them in my purse. I just had one before a workout and it kept my energy level even, probably because they are naturally sweetened with agave and date paste, and it was easy to digest. They are a much better choice than the candy bar type bars you find at the regular grocery store that are laden with sugar.

I’m a fan of Bragg Live Foods. My latest discovery is the Organic Braggberry Fat Free Dressing & Marinade. It’s delicious on salad and as a dip with vegetables. Bragg’s Liquid Aminos All Purpose Seasoning spray is awesome! A little goes a long way.

Nature’s Rite Sinus Support helps keep my nasal membranes healthy and moist. On the Whitney set, the stage gets freezing cold and then they blast the heat and it gets super dry. It’s easy to catch a lot of colds because the membranes in your nose get dried out. Sinus Support really helps and it’s natural. I don’t have to worry about getting addicted or jittery as I might with some of the steroid sprays and prescription medications. It’s gentle and easy and does the job.

Coral White Toothpaste with Xylitol is an excellent natural toothpaste with terrific consistency. It has a very nice, mild mint flavor and I love that it is naturally sweetened with xylitol.

Barlean’s Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is sooo good! It’s almost like cocoa butter. It is absolutely delicious on toast. Barlean’s has a special flavor—it’s very light with just a hint of coconut. It melts very well. It’s important to me to get the right kind of healthy fat, and coconut oil is loaded with healthy fats.

I love Earth Friendly Products’ ECOS Magnolia & Lily All Natural Laundry Detergent because of my eczema. It’s a pure and natural product that has never bothered my skin and does a great job cleaning my clothes. I’m addicted to the Ultra Dishmate Liquid Dishwashing Cleaner Natural Pear! It has the nicest, most awesome smell and cleans my dishes as well as any conventional brand. There’s never any hint of residue.

I love Aubrey’s Sea Buckthorn Nourishing Moisturizing Lotion on my arms, décolletage and neck. It’s very rich in a luxurious way—almost like a balm. It absorbs easily and doesn’t get on clothing. The sexy fresh scent is amazing and indescribable—comparable to a gentle lemon verbena.

Aubrey’s Crème de la Shave White Tea & Citrus is excellent! Unlike other shaving gels or creams that can be drying or overly greasy, Aubrey’s Crème de la Shave conditions and moisturizes without being oily and allows me to have a clean shave. It has a lovely natural and fresh scent. Best of all, it doesn’t trigger my eczema!
